Presuming the Gowans play next week in the GF, has there been any other players who have played in 11 straight SANFL Grand Finals.

For that matter has it every happened in the VFL/AFL, WAFL

No team has ever played in 11 consecutive Grand Finals, and there hasn't been anyone to join another team in order to continue the streak. Pretty sure WAFL is the same, and V/AFL is definitely the same.

The closet in Australian sport is Norm Provan who played in the first ten of St.George's 11
straight flags 1956-66.

Different level I know but Richie Burton (cousin of Brett) played in 10 in a row (1998 - 2007) for Central Whyalla. Winning 8 of them, he was captain in many.
