Robbie Muir, followed by Ian (Red Rooster) Wallace and Milan (spoof) Faletic.

If the player has to have talent then Bruce Lindsay.

Ian Hanna

His cameo in the Torrens v Woodville finale at Adelaide Oval, 1990, is one of the great moments of SANFL footy.

Especially his reaction after taking the mark in the goalsquare (IIRC?).

Jumping up-and-down like a madman.

Then he kicked the goal...

I was at that game and still have the tickets, Budget and some xerox sheet of historical info they handed out. Was a crying shame Torrens lost and I have never liked the Woodville link since.
Anyway, favourite player - I can't go past Lindsay Head FFS? Named one of my kids after Head's middle name - Hudson.

Lee Robson. As a kid, had his Football Times poster on my wall, even though I didn't barrack for West Torrens. Loved the way he gave everything he had to every contest in every game.

Yeah you are right. I had 17 on mine but 32 was certainly a ripper. And Tim Watson wore that number at my equally beloved Essendon
