The Robert Muir story as presented in this ABC article is disturbing. It is almost beyond belief that it spans the 70's through to present day. I recall some of the incidents quoted in the article, particularly the crunch and biffo videos that were so popular, but his football story is an indictment on the game and its surrounding culture. Unfortunately the SANFL has a brief but repugnant part in the whole saga, and Woodville West Torrens and the SANFL have issued apologies.
