I dont have all the ones you are missing and I have had these scores for years in my databse and hence, I cant be sure of their source BUT these will solve some of your errors.

1948 - Rd 5 14.9 to 17.16 (Not 14.19)

1948 - Rd 17 13.13 to 9.10 (Not 9.8)

1952 - Rd 3 16.12 to 8.9 (Not 8.8)

1955 - Rd 1 10.15 to 12.14 (not 10.14 to 12.15)

1960 - Rd 18 3.9 to 13.18 (not 3.10)

1964 - Rd 2 8.11 to 10.24 (Not 8.10)

In 1990 I had 9.10 for the PA v SA Game

1990 - Rd 15 16.16 to 14.10 (Not 13.7)

1993 - Rd 22 21.15 to 15.7 (Not 14.7)

1994 - 19.16 to 19.7 (Not 19.15)

2000 - Rd 14 27.14 to 16.7 (Not 16.6)

Spelly - Can you change your stats to these and re-populate the list of errors you still have so I can compare with my records.

I'm sure I will ask you for some stats in the future. I am still transferring 1922-1941 Hardcopy QtrXqtr sats to ScoreBoard DataBase. Ihave done 1922-1923 but need to import these and get the computer to check for impossible quarter * quarter scores.. I still have a few scenarios where a club kicks more behinds in an earlier quarter and somehow the next quarter thir goals increase but their points decrease... I have solved most of these but there is still a few to go.

Addendum -

With the 1990 game,

The CD and SFC annual reports had 13.7 while the league annual report has 14.10.

I have not check newspapers or the footy budget or footy times...

The best way to check would be to add up the goal-kickers n the match reviews for sturt.

Thanks very much for that! That's close to halved the number of differences now overall, which I'll update in the score differences thread.

This particular match I have the 1990 GF Budget as a reference - it has Sturt as 13.7, which is more realistic when the quarter by quarter scores are taken into account:

Central 5.2 9.4 14.12 16.16 (112)
Sturt 1.1 4.3 6.4 13.7 (85)

So I would say that this is correct, if anyone has got any other reference to this that would be a big help.

I have 11.12 for West at three quarter time which would make that not correct. But for the other two matches West kicked less than 10 behinds in the last quarter, so I might need to check up on these scores again and the scorers next time I go to the library.
