we'll start off with the obvoius choices
Bob Beecroft(Swan Districs, Fitzroy, Woodville)
David Hynes(although he didnt play for a vic based AFL club!!) Port Maggies, WC Eagles, Freo Dockers, South Fremantle

Do you mean that they have to have played in all three leagues? If so:

Might be more interesting keeping it to VFL-SANFL-WAFL due to all the trades that happen today in the AFL.
Hayden Bunton comes to mind.

did James Byrne play in the VFL/AFL? He's currently playing in the VFA/VFL, and has played SANFL and WAFL.

Stephen Richardson(Essendon 1 game,Swan Districts,Norwood) is your man there Dogwatcher, add in West Perth and North Melbourne for Derek Kicketts clubs too

Laurie Richards - West Perth, Fitzroy, Woodville. Small centre half forward who played State footy for WA and Victoria.
Brian "The Whale" Roberts - South Adelaide, East Fremantle, Richmond, South Melbourne. Giant ruckman, latterly mine host at the (now closed) Duke of Wellington in Flinders Street.
Phil Cronan - South Fremantle, West Perth, St Kilda, Footscray, Woodville. Neat left foot half back who played State for WA.
