Spelly - Port and close games

Spelly,

I'd like a summary of Port's record in this regard too.

Overall record in narrow margin games (1-6 points), and two excerpts:
1980-1990
and since 1991 (incl).

My theory/recollection is between 1980-90 we won the majority of our close games, but since the inception of the C team we have lost this touch...

Could you also break it down further to include the M team?

Interesting. I always used to say that one of the reasons that Port were so successful was that if the game was in the balance then we would normally prevail. This is not borne out in those stats...

Sorry to be a pain, but what is the breakdown from 88-96 (incl.)?

I can give you the result of the double header match a footy park between North/Centrals and Port/Sturt if you want in 1988..

Hmmm... still my theory seems to be disproven.

Where's Ecky? It seems I need to remove some outliers...
