Para Districts v Southern Central @ Eastern Park

SCJCA won the toss and batted

After a great opening stand of 83, the spinners put the breaks on and after 40 overs Southern Central finished 9 for 126. A great fight back by Para Districts who were awesome in the field, with two fantastic run outs, two stumpings and some great catches.

Para Districts were in early trouble at 1 for 8, but recovered and got the runs, 7 wickets down with 3 overs to spare.
A very tight game played in good spirits.

A great first up win for Para Districts.

U11's were playing South Central today at Eastern Park also with Southern batting first. Some great young cricketers on show there too!
