Stirling C grade are in for a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong year.....

Mind you their opening bowler is A grade standard, but she drops away pretty quick

Sounds like a good knock by the SCIB's lad, they were 4/80 when he came in and in a bit of trouble

looks, sounds and scores can be deceiving according to some. I heard someone say that if he could make a ton then Robbie Hunkin could.

In fairness he did send me for 3 sixes, one went to the golf course and another went over the road. But it was an innings filled with luck and power hitting but in the end he put the runs on the board and we have to chase them.

Played this young SCIB's bloke in school cricket a few years back, Not a bad batsmen looks the goods, does give a few chances during his innings.

I think he played for the Buffalo's a few years back!

Yes correct PP he played 14 white and red and 16 white and red for the Buffalo's before then playing D's last year. Takes his chances and as last year shows can punish some attacks no different to Shooter really.

Just having a look at results vault, Interesting to see Bridgy forfeit there first game of C's for the season. PP/Silky? What happened? Does the captain have to personally pay the fine?

Bawden with a hat trick in the Bs agaisnt a very young SCIBs side, anyone missing from the side TWE?
Did you play Fat Alberton? Your listed but didnt have a bat??

Also Jono Coat, A 14yr old from SCIBs looked very comfortable in the Cs and made 62, fair effort...
and keep an eye out for Partridge with his express pace, tore apart the Mylor C's with 5wickets

I'm the slash player for week two. I think Dan Matthews is out next week, so I'm keeping. Just realised that this means I need a permit to drop down to captain the A/4s the following week, otherwise I'll have to play a game in A/3s!

i would think that manos' exit from the bcc would mean quite a few of the older blokes, who would of played c/d grade, wont be making an appearance this yr.

as for pistols, faced him in the nets the other day and he was bowling express. certainly has put on a yard or 2 over winter. spoke to r.kepa at the hfl grandy and he seemed pretty keen on a move to bridgy too.

Mmmmmm an interesting first week in the A Grade, runs everywhere.......

Uraidla look strong with Hunter back and will win that game.

SCIBS look like they mite a bit stronger this year, will this Behn maybe the saviour??? they will win.

Bridgey a solid contribution from everyone a young side with some kids with talent but still rely heavily on the Yuill's & Hoyle's. Will win easy and have a chance for an outright. By the sounds of things are doing some heavy recruiting???? Pistola & Justice are they confirmed yet PP dont know why they would come to Bridgey as they probably wouldnt play A Grade in your current team??????

Meadows started where finished last year again look solid and should be hard to beat with their bowling after making 308.

Striling 196 a suprise against a new look bowling attack for Onkas..... Onkas will win.

Could be a long year for Happy Valley, Mt Lofty, Baskets & Stirling. The remainder of the comp looks extremely strong
