In fairness he did send me for 3 sixes, one went to the golf course and another went over the road. But it was an innings filled with luck and power hitting but in the end he put the runs on the board and we have to chase them.

I dont remember him actually giving a chance to anyone... was there a dropped catch i didnt see? All his shots went way over your fielders heads. And when your captain did follow the ball with his fielders he would play his shots to where you just moved them from.

And as for the person who said the "if he could make a hundred comment".. That was none other than Nick Justice staright after the game trying to pump your team up for next week. Hardly a neutral observation I wouldve thought!

Anyways shouldn't you be out hanging up electoral posters??

Justice is playing for Mt Lofty.
Pistola no hope of playing A's with the likes of Hoyle, Donaldson, Furber, Sinclair and Jaensch

Interesting, Dale.
Someone at the Gate spoke to Pistols personally and Pistols said he will play for the Gate, and that should be round 2.
He's a good kid and can play, once he gets amongst the beers the age differences don't mean sh#t.
And in & under - why the hell would you think the future looks dim at Aldgate? You don't know squat. 2 flags last year, some good young fellas and a pretty good culture.
Only dim thing in all this would be the lights in your head.

Confirmed that Pistola has signed with Bridgewater but will most likely only take part in the C grade. Apparently Aldgate recieved 4 clearances from players moving to Bridgewater this week.

Dale - any idea who the others are?
C garde, hey? Is that where his mates are? I thought he may be wanting to aim for a higher grade.
Oh well, you've gotta have blokes at your club that wanna be there.

Yeah JQ, David Abernethy, Daniel Lean, and Shaun Gould, Lean and Gould only played juniors, but abernethy played a few Cs games, I think Jaensch is dropping down to C grade aswell to play with all his mates (apparently he promised pistola if he came over he would play in the same team as brett did) pistola lean abernethy gould, healy, long, shephard Pohl. Raiders C grade team will be all young lads and andrew forbes.

Dutchy how did Kiernen Deeds go??? can bowl a nut or two. havent seen him at training lately though.

Deedsy took the last wicket and batted well...some potential there for sure, not many C graders can handle a leggie that lands 'em

will Bridgey get a C grade team together for this week?

Cheers, Dale. Abbas was a pretty handy keeper. Didn't see him with the bat.
From a non-existent c grade to what looks at this stage to be a pretty decent one. Interesting. Bridgey C's were rank last year so sounds like they'll step up a bit.
Our C's was missing 8 from the premiership team and tore Aldgate Pump a new proverbial, so it could be an interesting season in most grades...

that would be a massive pickup, but hes far too good to be playing C's.
I assume Sinkers would know him thru Sturt so wouldnt be surprised if he plays A's

Could be a very interesting C-Grade game on Saturday at the HHS Racetrack with the new Bridgey C Grade up against the Redcaps Super C's. Unfortunately there are 5 changes from last week's team so it may be a bit of a fizzer - a lot will rest on S Maslin to score for the Redcaps.

Looking forward to Saturday, some big games and maybe some surprise results to come!?
