Having done some research on the SACA website found a Scorecard and it was Cranmer that got stretchered off.

It was the team of the year from 2007-2008 but it included a few 'ring-ins' (guys currently in good grade form) - that came in for players who made the team of the year but were unable to play due to injury/absence etc..

Cranmer was the one who got stretchered off - dislocated knee-cap, out for 4-6 weeks.. came back this round just gone, made 166 v's Notherns & got selected for SA v QLD (12th man)

Stingrays into a Grand Final already ! The Womens C-Grade have copped a forfeit in a Semifinal from Port Adelaide. Seems Port have a number of players at the World Cup, plus injuries, and can't field their C-Grade team.
Has this ever happened before

Great to see the Gullies win the club championship with a great end to the season. Great reward for the lads who at the Christmas break sat down and had a club chat. Home truths were spoken about and the effort by the whole club after christmas was fantastic. 2 grades in the finals and 1 just missing out with one of the youngest squads going around.

B grade standard.

The good guys up there will play A grade easily down here - e.g. Chatto (PA) Dilly (PA) , Skewes (Wood), Vowles (PA), Kelly (WT) etc.

The fringe A graders up there are C Grade at best.

You always get 1-2 fringe 1st class players up there each year. Test player 401 is playing for Waratahs this year
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
