Any news from the TVCA anyone...? Think there was a meeting last week sometime?

I've heard around the traps that a TVCA Meyer shield Opening batsman will move clubs.
Also, Woodside will welcome back a past player who certainly should boost the fast bowling ranks.

Any chance Mylor will be stepping up to the A grade comp this year? Would love to see them have a crack at the top flight.

Mylor AGM not until August so a decision will be made then. A new president is still to be elected, obviously this will have a huge influence on the direction of the club, hopefully we can get another training net in before summer too so we can actually train lol

I know some lads have been discussing playing A grade in the A&EH comp, turf pitches are a big drawcard!

Thanks Banker. The new president is obviously a huge factor in how the next few years shape up for the club. Lets all hope another training net is on the cards!!

I've heard around the traps that a TVCA Meyer shield Opening batsman will move clubs.
Also, Woodside will welcome back a past player who certainly should boost the fast bowling ranks.

- Johns, Galvin to return to Woodside
- Rathjen, Paech to Gumeracha
- Mt.Torrens/Charleston to 'A' grade
- Kersbrook to fold

would certainly be a lot better competition with those player movements. make the games more even any way.
gumeracha might just be on the up if they can pick up those two players. might be a smokey for the flag....
will kersbrook limp through another season? maybe the big ship might have some info on that one....

Mark Wimberley the first of the Lobethal veterans to call it quits at 'A' grade level and skipper Lobey's A2 side.
