Grahaml wrote:West went down in a pretty lethargic display. 200 should be enough in a one dayer with a good bowling line up. Missing one bowler, but with Davies, McInness, Creek and Harrison it should still be enough. Taking a little longer for the Christmas pudding to wear off!
And I think Sandy were the hunted after a flag a couple of seasons ago. Not getting too carried away with which team lost and forgetting the winners are we?
And Catchit, why would you bother reminding our lads of the pressure if nothing you can say will add to it? Not contradicting yourself are you? Or are you keen to distract yourself on the big day just to help us out? And there's always pressure in a grand final. It can't be helped. And none of the guys will be haunted by seasons gone by, whatever you may think. Only a couple of faces remain from the first of our "losing streak" and a fair chunk of the side either played in last years only of none at all! Just beware of J. North this year. There's a guy who knows how to win a flag.

Correct ! We had them 8/90 when that catch went down. It was Craig Laird too.
He was a shattered man for a very long time after that.
But you cant blame him for the loss....we should've made more runs. From memory he top scored for us.
