Whats your opinion catchit?

i would have sibb in a heartbeat!! do you want to no why?? ok i will tell you ;)

not only is sibb a better cricketer he has something that ratters hasnt got... a big heart..

i dont think sibb bats down the order for the same reasons ratters does ;)
if sibb batted at 3 and got out early the oppisition would be on a high but if brahma got off to a good start there is still sibb to come...
where in sandys case there is more talent in that side to cover ratters if he got out early batting at 3....

I agree on the sibbs front, but as i said before its good to have rattas at 5 cause if we are in trouble he can settle things but if we are 3/100 and he comes in then watch out, he can put the ball away to all parts. I know people think he is taking the easy option but dont forget it is the captain that sets the order and if he thinks rattas is best for the side at five then so be it. Everyone feels that rattas has no heart but he bleeds green and gold and i just hope he shows the comp just what he is made of over the coming weeks. This may sound like im sucking up his arse, but im really backing him in to do the job for us.
Get that corn outta my face!!

Not sure we all should be puttin ratters down here, played against him on the weekend and he is a very good cricket (one of the better in the competition) and a very nice bloke on and off the field too.

I don't think his ability has ever been questioned. I think he's a wonderful player. You just need to assess the whole package.

I had to captain someone like that once upon a time.....probably the most talented player in the competition. But he was a knucklehead and extremely high maintenance.

Yes, the captain bats him at 5....but why ? Does the captain also decide when the back pain comes and goes when the figures start looking ordinary ?

Jamie Sibbick - I'd go into battle with him any day of the week.

my choice obviously is ratters, gun! not many blokes on here have any idea! each side probably has 2-3 quality players, the rest unfortunately make up the numbers
the top teams have 4-5. the team who's extra numbers do the best usually win or make up numbers for finals.
i can't wait for finals and see the creekers go all the way!!
sorry way to say seeya to wells boys, there last hurrah by sounds!

Haven't heard that one. Heard links to another turf club though.

Gepps Cross - That would be an interesting move. Demotion from Premier League after this season and coping with the potential loss of players.
