The great man will no doubt have the players in great shape for the K.I. trip, while ironing out any flaws in the players techniques. A great motivator, Pearce will also keep the players in check during the Meyer shield carnival, and making sure they're adequately hydrated and getting them to bed at a reasonable hour.
