I think it a good rule to help prevent chronic injuries later in careers and will be good for the players and the league in the long term.

Do you really need a 16 year old to bowl that many overs anyway?

yeh fair line up of players and with michael coad, and jade sheedy heading up for a game in a few weeks and brant chambers having a game in the new years.. theres no way in hell those blokes will play a grade, there doing it for a bit of fun beacuse young sam miles who plays at sturt is captain, training 6 times a week including saturday morning is enough for the boys i would reckon

These guys are really good, and no doubt much better than the d grade standard, its a pity they dont want to play in a higher grade because they have done and will continue to flog most teams in the comp. But regardless they are generally good fun to play against.

yeh they are very good, but its not easy training 6 times a week, working full time, training saturday morning at 6 which is all running then playing cricket in the afternoon, they dont wanna take it seriously because they are serious for most of the week with other stuff so to go out on a saturday afternoon have a hit an giggle is all they want

A&EH were and absolute discrace in u/21 association match 2day, much has to be said about there leadership of J Chinoweth, which cost them the game! Also the string bean left hander that opened today, batted the whole 50 overs to make 36* would not of helped. Speaks volumes of the strength of this league....

Hey Mom, Eric and Jimmy instead of Shitbagging your opposition (who incidently were weakened with the absence of at least 4 Top players due to footy commitments/injuries plus several others for reasons unbeknown to me) how about telling us how good you blokes really are as we are all anxious to know.

Judging from last year and the results so far this year i think it would be fair to assume that they are the best team in the 'B' Grade.

Why is that Dutchy?? Do you have a different opinion???

Maybe you should come back down to C grade, when you played us in that grade you had no dramas. The boys back at the pub weren't overly complimentary about you and i guess you are leaning down that path about them ?

20/20 Meadows Vs Nairne yesterday

Nairne 9 for 130 odd
Berkett 40

Meadows 8 for 170 odd
Tonkin 60 odd

Great day played in good spirits, plenty of beers afterwards. I think the canteen ran out of Tooheys Extra Dry... :partyman:
