Gary and his wife run the club, they are there from 7:30am on a Saturday and most evenings, It's got a bit much for him, the enjoyment starts to wane with the added pressure of captaincy.
Our chairman is the treasurer, secretary, head coach, coaches the 16's and either scores or umpires the womens, he's buggered by Christmas every year and can't wait for the season to end.

In his defence it is his first year and im sure he has plenty of things to improve on, but I think hes doing well at the moment. To be honest "our best bowler" may have only bowled 1 good ball in his spell on the weekend. . . Much better is not only expected, but needed!

Exactly, Just had too many things going on and wanted focus on the cricket that he could play without the worry of captaincy

Also he made over 20 in his last dig! Good form could be just round the corner.

battered 5 or 6 against us..

ill admit hes a decent batter and looked like he got good shape with the ball.. he would play a grade for us id say..
