i will think you will find syl the only one that thinks westies are favourites are those people from two wells :roll:

in any comps in the world would there be anyone 30 points clear on top and not be fav :roll:
no smoke screen oz.. i have no prob going in as fav but we finished 3 ;)

Man for man, pound for pound mate....we all know it. ;)

A few blokes who have played A grade district cricket in that line up....and a couple of them have tons too.

Its all good though :)

our 12th man will start his first beer at 12pm start scoring at 1.15pm and hopefully he can still see the book at 5pm :partyman:

yead not a bad side when put that way... i am happy to be fav or under dogs.. at the end of the day who ever plays good cricket will win it.. names on paper mean stuff all hey norm??

It would be a real shame to see the creekers go down this week just because you are so cocky!!
It's ok to have confidence but there is a thin line between that and over confidence!!
Again it's been a pleasure giving my opinion on this OPEN forum. ;)


you both defiantly make good points,its all about being confident, there is plenty of batsmen in this comp that lack confidence and are walking out to bat at a 30/70 chance of being out early..where as someone who goes out to bat with confidence is a 70/30 chance of making a few,same with bowling!!you see time after time bowlers drop there head after being hit for 10 off the over,instead of working out how that 10 come off the over and looking to get right back at him the next over and deliver what you have been thinking about down at fine leg.
