well i think its fantastic. this will provide real strength to all grades. its no different to footy clubs that want to move up the grades or ladder, you need to add to your playing list to achieve this. Boys will be welcome to apply there trade both on and off field.

i am sure that the people who shake there heads to it,wouldnt if it happened at there club.. i know the boys are keen to get out there and give it a real nudge.. one thing is for sure!! i am glad you mentioned off field, cause that is def something we go alright at..
