word is that Paul Allegretto from Kensington and Scott Gilles from TTG vice Kensington will both be fronting for the Rams next season. Both are coming off ordinary seasons with the bat, although you could argue Allegretto was treated harsly by the Browns. I am not sure both will adapt to the difference between Grade cricket to turf, time will tell of course. Heard the figures bandied about for playing and to young men, pretty good drinking money. Have heard both have committed, just need confirmation - anyone??????????????????????????

not knowing the turf comp that well
would say alot of sides would be good B grade. ok A grade district sides,
If allegreto wants to he could dominate the comp. Especially if he comes in at 3 or 4 when the openers aint around
will punish the medium pacers, or he did the time I played against him!

Surprising someone like that would come to the Rams if true
He is definately an east side of the city boy so see how he adapts to the different sort of life!

Not for 200 clams per game, think he might limp to the wicket and bludge at slip, unless of course he is on an incentive for wickets taken.

farmers will be fine. Plenty of bowlers to choose from with Jimmy leading the attack, throw in Goldsworhty, Sandercock and Sandery all 20yrs and under, Big Kellsy and Cochrane could really do with a spinner. got a talented bowler in Tremain if he puts his hand up. Skip wont have another year like last, Chrissy will score runs, Kelly and Brand (20yrs old as well) will be better. Then you got the vets in Zap,Barcs and Alfred. Could do with Daniels in the line up.
