Rumour has it, Trapolino has retired after remaining wicketless playing against a top side at the weekend. This suprises me as he carried on like a pork chop on Saturday which surely demonstrates he still has a passion for the game. Perhaps he has developed cold feet coming in to this weekend's grudge match against Encounter Bay. Sad news, I was hoping to see a similar result to that of Marlon Samuels playing against The Stars in the BBL this year.

Congratulations to Rosa on making a fine century yesterday. He is really leading from the front and is even upstaging his older brother. :D

Yes well done to rosa and the 2 others that got 100s yesterday. Would be a while since we've had 3 in one round of cricket in the a grade.

Lots of big scores this year in the a grade too. Quite a few of 230-240+ this year. The batsmen of the comp starting to put up some good numbers.

Rosa's knock was quality. He is definitely the form batsman of the comp in 2013 thus far. There is definitely a lot more runs being scored this year which is great to see. Teams are consistently scoring 200+ where in previous years this was not the case. Well done to Cammy and Easty on their tons also, 320 massive score by Compass, they really are firing on all cylinders at the moment.

Well done to rosa, easty and cam on the weekend, I think Bennett is still the form bat of the comp this year. Elliot gone against vale looking down barrel of outright. Goolwa big job against a form compass side. Bays will smash rapids and aldinga to beat the GONE willunga team, poor plugs it seems has sunk the ship. Should be a interesting finals series to all sides good luck!!!!!!

Playing a grade for the last 12 years has been great fun and living in town and not training maybe my downfall I'm a team player and if I have to step aside for someone in better form I don't mind I'm not selfish like yourself you wanka. Good luck to the sharks not sure they can beat one of the top 3 sides this year but good luck to them

Ok your judgement is clouded champ anyway I have options like the rest of the posters on here most of the time are they correct or do they happen no.... However it's all in banter I don't attack individuals like yourself. Anyways that's the end of that. Good luck to teams coming up to finals.....

Ok kids lets play nice!!! haha. Now well done to Rosa...but also well done to young Coxy for his efforts with the bat and gloves in the Carnival side too!!! Tit for tat!!.. 8)

Bit of gossip for the fans...Speaking of Hacks..Tyson Hack played C grade on the weekend only to totally wreak his knee while fielding and will be getting a full reconstruction.

Punch thrown at the Goolwa Captain after the game on Saturday, waz a long day in the field but thats a bit serious!!! Goolwa 1/0 already i heard..

And finally sounds like the party started early for the Bays on Saturday a few sneaky drinks before and during the game .... always a confident bunch Do Da Do Da ;)

No matter what happens over the next 3 weeks, for me the four is set even with outrights this week. Not conventional for Compass to bat first but the batting form could be handy and either way think Mc Larens will end up 3 points ahead!!!

Stay soild folks and see ya all out there, you know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A quick look at my cricket shows that trapolino didn't show up yesterday. What's the go there? Pretty weak to not show if true. Costing sparnon a 100 in the process too, leaving him 92*

Surely he didn't just not show up... has to be some other reason for the dnb? Massive win by Vale on sat has all but assured them of the double chance

But he is such a team player to be honest if it was the case wouldn't suprise too many people surely
Good win by willunga over aldinga on the weekend looks like top 4 is set.
Bays hot favorites but should be entertaining finals series with a few twists.
