600+ actually. A little pointless seing the game was won on the first day and there was never any intention for outright points

Update from the first day of finals in MTCA.

A GRADE

Imperials all out 193 (S Golding 83, A Zrim 4 wickets)
Mypolonga 2/7 (Oborn out for 0, Gene Robinson out for 2)

Karoonda all out 227 (Hocking 60, T Shultz 53)

B GRADE

Imperials defeated Monarto Black
Wanderers Gold defeated Monarto White...

So it is 3rd v 4th in the B Grade GF next week, looks like being 1v2 in the A Grade though.....

Also the association held its first ever presentation dinner last night. Seemed to go off without a hitch and a good night enjoyed by all.....

Biggest cheer for the night came for Carl Pfieffer picking up his second straight minor premiers shield for Monarto White..... Funny stuff

Not sure who got the wickets. Harrowfield and Golding had one each overnight...

Should be a good grand final... Hard to see imps getting knocked off... Would have to be the longest batting line up in the comp and with leckie back this week the bowling line up just gets stronger...

Only concern would be karoonda's batting... Could be a high scoring grand final, but if imps can get knight, hocking and huxtable cheap it could be an early finish... Not sure how karoonda can restrict imps to a low score...

Toss could be very important... The side batting first will be in a good position...

Maybe biased, but imps comfortably for mine...

Pretty Sure Thoman got 4 Golding 3 Harrowfield 2 Fidge 1. Huge game by Shaun Golding would probably be the recruit of the year. Hopefully the blue boys can win two premierships this weekend!!

Interesting A grade final unfolding. Have heard Karoonda were 1/137 and collapsed all out for 138. Golding and Bulldog with 4 wickets each.

Then Imperials come out and are in a bit of strife being 5/30ish. Golding and Hutchy still in with not much left in the shed. Should be a very interesting day.

Thats one hell of a collapse if those scores are correct.

A couple of dubious decisions apparently but you always hear that from the side coping the bad decisions.
