They do that shit all the time on that oval. Went back to Fitzies couple weeks back for a past players day and there were some people on the second oval. Dont know what they were doing but we ended up with a bloke doing a streak followed by a chick doing a streak during the game. Funny shit.

It's tragic!

Grown adults running around on a Saturday afternoon in costumes, still trying to live out dreams from their youth

I wish I could still play the game but that's life, I won enough trophies and premierships for a fat man

Picked up a few as well, it comes in waves. At Atco we had Danny Kaye & Trae McArthur, obviously Dublin have the Barker Boys. AV picked up Meredith.

Interesting as we discussed earlier in the year. The boys coming from the Barossa (Barkers) were top class players both finishing in the top 4 for runs.

Going the other way Benny McMullen was a star with the ball finishing third in their comp. Surprisingly though really struggled with the bat finishing around 30th in their leagues runs.

Most of the others who went across to the Barossa had a couple of fleeting moments but really didn't have an impact.

Also with the PDCA crew who went to Willaston and div2 of Barossa. Dyl McIver topped the league for runs but none of the others finished in the top 15.Wickets wise only Mitch McIver finished in the top ten in tenth position. Dylan Childs from Atco had a strong year though finishing fourth in their wickets.

Lydeamore and D Jenner ended up at Gawler Central from Rosie's in 07/08

Good to see both teams play their natural game and score well, so many GF's here and in the Barossa were low scoring affairs, the pressure mounts and batsmen get scared to play a shot, then once they do they second guess themselves and get out, it's great for the game but players tend to make it a lot harder for themselves.

Well done to Westies in Grade 1, using only Justin and Travis with the ball was instrumental, as was saving Travis until Sunday to bat, the proof was right there, he played his natural game, Westies won, I seen a 46 ball duck somewhere around the grades too.

Quite right Homer J, it was joint winners. It was a close count. Tie for first, second and third. Leader board is to be put up shortly on the site.

It's a pity some start to open their mouths (fingers to a key board) without knowing the facts, but then that doesn't create the drama.

When you have a bloke running around as if he’s the king of the world & acting if he was the clear winner, you can only assume he took it out by the length of Flemington. Win or tied akram by far should have been the clear winner carried a team on he’s back all year. #goat
