I agree he is a teacher but everyone in footy has some sort of ego. Is it not ego that drives us to best our competition. I completely agree you cant be an ego maniac but it is ego that drives us at times. i think its really important to not be percieved to have a big ego but i think all coaches have to at least have had some sort of ego. The fact that you have to believe that you can teach the game takes some sort of ego to even attempt to teach the lessons of football.
