Good Pre Season fitness drills

Just wondering what are some of the drills/exercises people have used or done that are benficial for building anaerobic fitness pre season?

IMO anything involving short sprints and tackling drills is very beneficial for the Power, Anaerobic side of things. Fartlek interval training is very beneficial to all systems. Boring as hell but itll get a lot of work into your players legs in a short time.

So in short, start running Fartlek or get the tackling bags out and go hard
