I reckon the Greens would be a bit worried if people like Sky Pilot - a climate change denier and one of the few people left on the planet who still refuse to accept that it is warming - supported their policies!Sky Pilot wrote:I think Gillard's socialists are on a slippery slope along with their coalition partners the loopy Green Party - whose primary vote is now down to 8.3%. Note to Fish...pleased don't request that I furnish proof of the 8.3% - just catch up with the media reports inbetween drooling over the Gowan's

Like most right-wingers Southee you're confused about the difference between fact and opinion.

OK I googled "global temperature record" and came up with this, which clearly shows the earth is warming. Your inability to provide any evidence that the earth is not warming is a bit suspicious.southee wrote:fish wrote:Can anyone please submit some evidence that the earth is not currently warming?

Bully wrote:i agree with you fish, yes the charts show the earth is warming.
but please provide a chart on the climate 160 million years ago?
Please provide a chart, from 100 million years ago
Please provide a chart of 500,000 years ago
thats my point, agree with it or not, to me - This could be a once in a 160 million year event, or 100 million year event, or a 500,000 year event (the earth going through a period of warming more then normal ) .
we just dont know, and NO one can say, oh it didnt do this then, or it did.
But yes, if it isnt or hasnt done this before and it is humans doing this, then if we dont do something then we are to blame. But i dont see how another tax can stop it in its tracks???
there are other ways then pulling money out of our pockets from suits in canberra.....
