I'll jump on this one for you OnSong if you like; Wilms has elected to play Ressie's in his later years under one of his best mates Kerry Michaelaney, could still force his way into the 1's if injuries occur to the young defenders.

Cocks attacked the ball well and layed plenty of effective tackles, his disposal into the 50 let him down but he wasn't alone with that stat.

OnSong was good across half back with his rebound and work at the stoppages. Was voted best for the Peckers in his first game.

Couldn't make it to Mallala, can anyone give a detailed account of the game. Who played well and how did new recruits for both teams go?

Not to much to read into, Mallala were missing, Earl, Whitwell, Griffiths, Hallion plus 3 others. Would of though Virginia would of won by more.

Even though Mallala was missing those players they are still very competitive TW. Virginia still had a few out Rigney,Nato,Seccafien also a few new recruits played in the twos cause they needed a run. It was close all day Woofa with Vir getting over the line in the last quarter. Happy with our new recruits all fit in really well, Denelgelse,James ,Russel,Lath. Mallala had several good players R montgomery was good all day.

Yep, Hazbeen covered this one well. A few good players in the reserves this year, would imagine they will be very competitive.

He did play at Black friars, Before that i do think he played reasonable level Basketball. Hes just a rough diamond at this stage but has fit into the side very well.
