Everyone knows how tight Wunkar are.

Supa - with all the talk going on - if it all comes to fruition, this could well be one of the most competitive Independent seasons ever. Great for the competition.

All of the clubs seem to be picking up the quality recruits which they weren't able to last year.

Even Lyrup who are expected to lose up to 20 players are picking up some quality.

Not making any predictions on the top four yet though.

Lyrup: Tilbrook x 2, Dolheguy x 2, Owens, Willmott, Lefty x 2, Magain, Rigney.
Cobby: Neindorf, Warrick, Wakefield, Axon, Vogt, Ward (all in their prime)
B Well: Smith, Braun, Patterson, Pocock, Beaton, Sharrad ( all in their prime)
Paringa: Westley, Frahn G & R, Lindner, O'Laughlin, Matthews, Arnold.
Wunkar: Mark Cash B&F.

Moorook def. Lyrup in grand final - high scoring excellent standard.

Wunkar did not win a game.

Whole competition was fairly balanced then was it (except for Wunkar)?

What's even more amazing is some of those guys are still playing now.

Lyrup & Moorook were clear 1 & 2. Lyrup were favourites for the flag when they belted MK in the 2nd semi, from memory I think Lyrup kicked 30 goals. MK upset them to win no. 2 of 3 in a row in the GF.

Paringa, Cobby & BW were all fairly even, I think BW missed out.

Wunkar didnt win a game despite being extremely well coached.

Shane Schulz and Sean Gray played their 1st A grade games during the season.
