Had Wednesday and Thursday off work and didn't train Thursday night. Spoke to the coach Thursday night. Yes the rules are in place but we go through this every year. It is a ******* joke. The guys that run this association are just sitting back thinking they are king dick. Yes another email coming my way can't wait.

You guys still named him. Maybe send them an email Norm and tell them there a joke.

How much more do you want or expect of the coach or selectors!! Won the past 2 years and Andy has only been ar the helm for 2 years I believe. How much more
commited do you want??. Also it's the same rules for every one, whilst I see the point that if they are truely injured for a period (allmond, seccafien) a penalty is harsh but can't the clubs just say they are coming back a week earlier than they actually are?...

The two wins have nothing to do with Andy, couldn't coach himself out of a wet paper bag. He is a muppet thats all. These games have nothing to do with the coach it is the quality of players in the squad that wins the games.

I don't know of Andys other coaching stints but it's hard to argue with a 4-0 win loss record.. I think he is a good coach and played players out of their normal position both this year and last

Lets get real here, its half game footy matches with the best players in the comp. Anybody could have been in charge. Not taking anything away from the wins as its great for the APFL but I wouldn't be hanging my hat on how good "I am" as a coach on these games. I would like to see what he could do if he had a side that wasn't the best of the best, now that is when you can say he is a good coach.

The thing is he still needs to pick those players and put them in the postions.. It's not like he just rocked up on Saturday with the team already picked for him and all he had to do was talk.. Obviously it comes down to the players to win it, you would be niave to think the coach wins it, but it's the players that the coach pick and put in those positions that win it

Went and watched the upset today, Two Wells falling in against Hamley,
Thought Hamley were by far the better side and had more of the ball,
just couldn't get ball into the right hands (Burgess) enough......

I must have went to another game. The game I watched had two wells in front all day and hamley never able to bridge the gap.

As for Burgess, he was never in the game partly due to the bombers poor ball use and partly due to solid defence of the roosters.
