Due to prior committments (council meeting - yay) I did the time trial by myself at about 5pm. Not as fun when doing it by yourself, as with many other things, but I did it nonetheless. How did you go in the beer, sausage and steak trial?

It does matter if you're claiming to run as fast or faster than the best in the AFL draft camp.

I went for a run 2 weeks ago and stopped after 5 minutes, then walked for 5, then ran for another 4 minutes 57 seconds then walked home cause I was stuffed.Is that worthy of a certificate?

I ran to the crapper at 4am Tuesday morning and popped my right knee out. Does that get an award? True story.
