Rules: Tip the winners for each week of competition, plus a margin of either 1-39 or 40+.
One point for correct tip, one extra point for correct margin.
If you tip the wrong team, you do not get a point for the margin tip.
Tips must be lodged before 1pm, Saturdays.
In the event of a draw, no points will be awarded, unless tipped.

Just post your tips for round one in time and that will count as entered.

dont like your rules  rams 15 pts pies 23 pts

Dunno where Ricky Punter gets his info from. I can't believe you weren't in that market though.

Balak by 7 goals today.

Virginia competitive again and led at quarter time but the Peckers got the job done in the end.

Glenn Dawson lost a tooth in the second quarter after a collision with Rigney.

Talking about not returning to the field. I noticed one of Mallala's most important players left the field early in the 3rd and didnt return to the field, unless I'm blind.

Thachy is the one who gets chauffeured to training and games ;)
Flynny trained last week and i spoke with him and he pulled up good.
He had a knee clean up IIRC and by all reports has recovered well and should lineup this week.

Ah, handy if you can have both Flynn and Hanson in the same forward line.
Tipping will be tough this week.

Round 1

Balaklava 18.6 (114) d Virginia 11.10 (76) by 38 points.
Mallala 17.10 (112) d United 6.5 (41) by 71 points.

Reigning tipping champion, UNDERthePACK got off to an excellent title defence with a perfect score for round one.
Joining him at the top of the table is myself (yay) and tipping newcomers Nighthawk, hanno_7 and BOMBERS.
A number of new posters have actually got on board and welcome to them too.
A log jam follows the early leaders on three points but disappointment from beer o'clock, who couldn't snaffle one single point from the weekend.

This week presents a chance for him to get back in the game though, some 50/50 games await! Good luck
