Only missed 3 games, Don't think Higgs has played defence this year. OB should have CHB the rest is pretty good

Yeh I thought he missed more than that. I agree with u about Higgs I just believe in a better team he would be CHB. Using the association team as an example. I'm a huge wrap for Sam O'Brien. Only seen him a couple times but he Murdered his opponent on both occasions.

I'd swap
Hahn with Thach to add a crumber in the forward
Move J.Allmond to a half forward flank instead of Taylor
Meaning K.Leighton to a wing
And Taylor starting onball
Lamond to centre half back replacing Higgs
Earl hasn't played enough games this year so put H.Pym half back
That fullback line could raffle a few guys in those positions.

Agree with u about Pym & Earl. Wasn't overly impressed with what I seen from Thatchy this year after hearing alot of hype and yeh didn't have a crumber in there I was trying to squeeze in all the big guns. Had Taylor half forward after seeing his overhead marking and leading to space in association. He was terrific.

I'm not sure how many games you saw him play but he has been great for us this year and should win our best and fairest. We will agree to disagree on his season but the club seems very happy with his output. You could easily put all the gun forwards in the forward line but I thought it'd be more balanced with 3 talls and 3 smalls who can rotate on ball.

Yeh fair enough I only seen about 5 Hamily games and against the good sides I thought he went missing but I think that's the kind of player he is. Nothing against the bloke though u need receiver type players and in a top side I could definately see him doing damage.

Worked out well supporter wise as far as the clubs are concerned.

It appears that the big 2 towns in the APFL are having all the advantages in junior grades and it shows up again in two Wells and Balak having teams in both junior grades 2 nd semi-finals.
Surely they have to have points taken from them to allow longies, Hummocks and Hamley to compete. They dont have schools, pop of these small towns yet the points given to clubs does not take this into account.
Best way to kill a comp is turn a blind eye to this population issue with these two towns and ignore the smaller ones.
No good playing a comp with only 4 teams in it just ask the Gawler clubs when Two Wells did the dirty on that league 25 years ago..

Does anyone know if the same two clubs have contested the 2nd semi before in all 4 grades?

I have a reserved park on the fence in front of the mound but they get taken down for finals so it will be every man for himself! :D
