There was one at 401 Regency Road but that closed a couple of weeks ago, there was a stack of mattresses piled up for hard rubbish collection next to their driveway, I said to a mate "Do you want a pre-loved mattress".
There was a house near 444 that had a shitload of paro people sitting out the front every day, even seen them getting on it on my way to work at 6:45am, front fences went up everywhere around them.

I know that house. Always a few bongs/crack pipes on the coffe table in the front yard.

Bingo, they migrated to the big tree on the median strip of the cul-de-sac during the heatwave, it appears as though they've been kicked out, I've seen tradies there every day.

And if i have a bad feeling will hapen that they will get extra concessions, and if they go from a couple of wins to maybe making or winning a grandfinal in just one year the league may look a bit silly. Slightly socialist if you ask me! All clubs really should be building not relying on splashing alot of cash and trying to become successful. As for the actually dollar values- of course its important- who would want to play for a club that is struggling so badly without being paid alot of cash?

Are peolple actually that precious that they can't handle a bit of slagging off? there are quite a few differnet characters in every league and making fun of their quirks is just the aussie way. i guess we will see what happens when the seanon unfurls!

Most interesting forum on the site!

Country footy mate, some towns just aren't big enough, if there's coffers around clubs good on them.

As for the slagging off, I think there's some great banter on here and it doesn't go over the top nor does it seem to offend anyone, one of the easiest threads to moderate.

While I get the whole residency argument, the fact he has never pulled on a Bomber guernsey should have meant points for him. But props to Hamley if this is the case, did their homework.

Didn't you get a concession to 0 points?

Balak applied to have Onsong as 0 Pts we he moved into the town for a job before he signed to play footy for us. League in their wisdom said yes but then gave every other club an extra 3 Pts to compensate them. Last season the league revoked this and he was 2 Pts as per the system and will be 1 pt this coming season.

If they didn't make him 2 points last year, then they would have to have given every other team an extra 2 points, then an extra 1 point this year to keep things even.

If the league has made this zandrea kid 0 points, then I can't beleive why. The rules are black and white, they have the same rules as everyone else to go by. I could maybe understand it if he was genuinely interested in playing in his local town for nothing, but he was poached out of Kapunda with GOOD coin for someone who is just a HFF.

Anyway, good luck to them if they have an extra player that doesn't come with points, the trick for them is to keep all these guys over the next 5 years. Traditionally this hasn't happened for them so time will tell if the well runs dry or not.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

The rules for association selection are in black and white but the league didn't stick to them last year. League is a shambles at times

Also when someone gets reported . The league throws a 2 match suspension at ya straight after the game . U can either go fight it or except the 2 matches without even pleading your case . What kind of rule is this . Haven't seem this in to many leagues . Just making rules up as they go long

The AFL does it mate, there's prescribed penalties according to the infringement, it avoids wasting everyone's time going to the tribunal when the outcome is plain as day.
By all means, if you think you are innocent or the umpire got it wrong, contest it.
