Matty Good did play. Foot skills were off early, but got plenty of touches and didn't look out of place. Don't know how often Hamley will have him, as I'm not sure of his playing situation at Central District.

HE will be very handy for them,is a good player

I think Brad Hardie should buy him a beer for that handball. Brings a new meaning to hospital ball.

Pretty hard to get to Mallala when you were playing B Grade at Balaklava on the weekend.

Stuart Gregory would have been in the carpark, sitting in his car, with it running, if not heading for the gate already, when he invited Whisky to a meet and greet :D .

Hummocks boys would have to be bitterly disappointed with the flogging they copped on the weekend. What was to be a season of promise seems at this stage to be heading along the same path as last year.

Perhaps results-wise but I reckon there's a lot more promise for them now, compared to last year.

I see Joel Wilson played on Saturday. Caught up with him in the pub last week. Was talking about retirement etc. Reckons he has missed as many games as he has played in past 10 years or so through soft tissue injuries, which have plagued him since he was 18.

Rundle loves to run his mouth but heck, after the amount of 20-goal thrashings that guy has copped in recent seasons, I almost felt happy for him to finally be on the winning team on Saturday.
Key word there is "almost". ;)

some predictable resulst on the weekend, the hamley train chugging along nicely "toot toot", mallala should have won by more but poor kicking nearly cost them on a day where the weather was perfect, Virginia having massive win over the eagles, where the eagles that bad or were virginia that good?? I see big bad bustling brendo kicked 9 on saturday he must be on his way too kicking 100 this year for sure with 9-10 games remaining, having said that who was the last player to kick 100 in a season in the APFL and when??
