That said I think the only way they'll have an impact is if they get a bit more out of their younger brigade including some of those missing at the moment. I dont know the age of these guys but at a guess they'd be close to if not over 30. There are some great players amongst them!
Joel, Ciccas x 2, Belpario, Guthberg, Barnes, McKinnon, Twelvetree, Sharpe, Oswald, Light (?), Mader(?), dunno about the Turrells?

Guthburg did look real old when we played them last. Grey hair!

Couldnt decide between the following 2 come backs:

1: Surprised you could pick that up from 15m off the pack, and
2: Atleast he's still at his playing weight ;)

Still got best on in a winning side that day.

Is this something the league should embrace and introduce an indigenous round to coincide with the AFL's?? not only that but a womans round or even a multicultural round?? food for thought one would think and would further enhance the APFL's image on all fronts!!

The few games ive seen this year Indigenous players in the league are wanganeen, Johnston (virginia) Kearns (mallala B's) any others????

The big fella didn't kill Stuey Gregory on the weekend, so I'm pretty sure if he resisted that, he'll be able to withstand most annoying things from now on.

30's the new 20 [-o< meanwhile you got a spare hamstring swamp?

I'm hoping that if I keep playing long enough they will develop a LARS equivilent for hamstrings, called MARS (muscle augmentation and reconstruction system)

Hamley Bridge had Matt listed as a rep from their club in the squad. Not sure what the go is there.....

Big V still hasn't quite grasped the concept of choosing margins of 1-39 or 40+ :D

Similarly, I'm hoping for a CRAP (Complete Reconstruction All Parts) for my body in the hope I could slip back into the B's somewhere.

Hazbeen's lead at the top of the tipping table was extended with a perfect 6-point round, with only one other poster, Bob Loblaw, jagging the full points available. A number of posters managed five points, while the week's lowest score was three points, despite some fairly popularly picked results on Saturday.

Interesting article in Barossa Herald about the new trend of intercountry league player poaching by Media Mike. He seems to think it's not on, especially when the BLG is losing out.
Has some less than nice thinks to say about APFL, and especially Hambly Bridge. Even gets stuck in about Matt "the ego" Good's situation.
I'm not saying I agree with him, but he's got a bee in his beanie about something!
Despite what he says, the proof is in the results...any thoughts?
