Not sure where the NEFL sits TBH.

BSR played Mallala in a trial game earlier this year and I believe won in a fairly close one...who knows who had playing not playing etc.

At a guess I would say a BSR would be competitive in the BL&G but the NEFL does fall away a fair bit especially the bottom A grade sides and then the B Grade comp where most teams are using at least 2-3 never played or over 45 year olds on a weekly basis.

Go back 15 years and SFL would be as good as any comp in the State behind Ammo’s D1. Now the ammo’s D1-3 would feature in the top 6-7 comps in the State along with GSFL, Hills and BLG. Even D3 ammo’s collectively is a bloody strong comp with the exception of Portland and Plympton last year. I reckon you could have KNTFL, RMFL, Maybe Western Border and Yorkes in the next conversation and then throw a blanket over a fair chunk of comps.

RFL don’t have the volume of clubs but have some handy lists.
The Top couple of sides could mix it with GSFL, SFL, Barossa?

GSFL, HFL D1 and BLGFA the big 3 ahead of the rest IMO. River Murray and SFL 5-10 years ago in that same group. KNTFL, YPFL and Western Border in that next group as well I think personally.
