How can a potential grand final side still have 15, south have 15 and finished last

 You sure?? Could be calculated from average games won over 2 or 3 years.Think Ive heard something like that before but the full 15 points- surely not!! This points system is more confusing than a Wacka Dawe half time address.

Do many clubs ever get close to using 15 week in week out anyway?

BL&G just about to encounter the most one sided finals series in memory.
Tanunda smashed central all the way back to Gawler by 130 odd points. Save us all and give them the cup now.
Central were always set to fall apart at the seams as the rumour about Wacka's tenure coming to an end was doing the rounds of the ground again today. A little unsettling and unlucky one would think!

tanunda were simply to good today. I thought gawler centrals could have put up a fight but they were completely smashed for 3 qtrs. next weeks game will be the grand final as willaston were beaten easy a month ago by tanunda. Interesting result in the b grade tanunda beating willaston.

With a full strength squadron, the reserves team will be loaded with talented players just begging for the chance to play in a premiership in 2 weeks time. I'm tipping a really big win in both senior grades. Primed for september.

Bang on SD, may use you for some advice on my sportsbet account. Went along today to see an unfit B grade rabble get pumped & then an absolutely massive pumping in the big game, not too sure that anyone can get over Tanunda in the A's but just look out for Nuri in the reserves, they are the B grade premiership specialists.

Heard today that Barossa asked the league to be seated as far away as possible from Willaston at the medal count and thats fair dinkum. Interesting week coming up, I can just see a reasonable crowd yelling out for a head count all game. I will reiterate that I did not go to last weeks game so I have no opinion on the matter, I have heard 1st to 10th accounts on it from all sides and there is no consistancy.

Tanunda 34.13 to Gawler Centrals 13.4

Will coach Wacka be shown the Dawe this week after that effort?

Simon Johnson is a better coach than him and we sacked him after stronger losing performances than that

Skipper bit tough calling Willaston B grade a rabble but certainly they are unfit and did not take well to the warmer conditions. Our B's did excepionally well and where at absolute full strength, A's well what can we say about that, certainly did not expect that result.

Back up that Nuri will be the dark horse in the B's for the flag, good chance we will see GC and Willaston belt the hell out of each other in the A's this week.

Also heard the whisper that Barossa have requested to be on the other side of the room to Willaston at the count, obviously the feelings run very deep.

I got 10 on willaston playing in the grand final in A's and B's at 1000/1 in january, hopefully we just get a clear run at the dog track on saturday and go on to salute the judges.

magpies ridiculously unbackable for the cup and i hear the league are looking for Jimmy Barnes to play from 2pm onwards to keep the crowd entertained. Another win here from the magpies will surely have to cement them as the best group ever seen in the history of blg ahead of the nurioopta staffordshires efforts of the 90's.

So the Karma bus arrived a week early and turned the unbeatable B grade into losers. I'm surprised they didn't call for a count just for 'old times sake'! ;)

Calling a side losers that have won every game in the minor round is very amusing Seagull.....

Um.....they lost......ergo losers.
Its not the English Premier league Rich, being undefeated at the end of the minor rounds entitiles you to exactly zero premiership cups.
Its b-grade anyway, who cares, I remember a night when Kevin Sheedy came to our club to speak, and I believe 'Teaks' asked him a question
as to what advice he had for the Angaston b-grade which has never won a premiership.
His exact words....Its b-grade, who cares, win the a-grade thats what we are worried about.
In saying that, Nuri to get up by 15-16pts this week to complete the straight sets exit.

My results in the paper told me Willaston lost= loser, so what is the point of winning every minor round game and losing the first final, do tell? You get Jack sh*t if you don't win the last game of the year, no second prize Richie, and you should know that very well!

Should i??? eleborate??
Lucky for all the so called losers on saturday seagull they were good enough throughout the year to claim a second chance a feat your side got nowhere near down south!!! ;)

If your looking for the best side ever in the BLG you need look no further than the South side of the early 90s that won 3 flags in 4 years. The comp was at its strongest with the interassociation team beating all challengers, unlike more recent times. Saying that the current Tanunda side is awesome and it would be a great battle against that South outfit who were probably the hardest side ever seen in the BLG. Nuri were good in the mid to late 90s but the comp was only ordinary for that period.

I back my spies, but even I haven't heard much worth mentioning from South. The only word is that things will move faster once the various leagues' finals are over....
