If only we had the online auction up and running, all these rumours would be put to bed :D :D

i can't see hamley making a serious charge at the finals just because of the depth, may have recruited reasonably well but even so there will still be around 15 spots on the field where they'll be exposed. peter burgy be will be a waste of money i rekon just can't see him putting in the pre-season, if united can get him excited to go from playing in front of AFL crowds to playing between paddocks theres danger for other clubs but i'm skeptical, toby thirsty camel is a good pick up though just because of height and the grab factor up forward... my ladder is united

Everyone associated with Hamley on the forum is doing plenty of talking, reminds me a bit of Virginia last year. I hope you make the finals and give it a shake next year for your sake!

Rumours are that Wally Hand is headed to another country club for double what the roosters were paying him

Wally Hand is playing for Eudunda next season. Seems strange he's leaving Two Wells when they are so close to a premiership and have a great group of young blokes.

no he isnt playing for eudunda next season

Where's Wally? Eudunda, Tanunda, Peake or Two Wells?
obviously his stocks rose after having 2 pages dedicated to him on here. Would've thought he has a preference for teams with red and white stripes. Has been known to go missing although he did play a lone hand up forward for Two Wells and proved quite a handful for the opposition with the number 1 defender always getting the Hand job. Better stop before this gets out of hand.

I hope that you're right LPP, in that Hamley miss the finals. Only so I can get my carton of Super Dry from Norm.

Wally had a good season this year winning the leading goal kicker for the league. His games against hamley and hummocks at Port Wakefield he was a class above the rest. Interesting to see his name linked to Tanunda especially when they've got big Kennedy up forward. May struggle in the stronger BL&G standard though. Word is that Two Wells are gunna up his match payments as they try to end the 22 year premiership drought.

True, people are pumping up our tires a bit to early but that doesnt mean alot on this forum as that is pretty much the majority of what happens on it.

At this stage all i can say is that we will certainly be more competitive than last year and that i envisage a minor round spot higher than 2nd to bottom. Finals is obviously a goal, it will be up to us to make it a realistic one and from the movements/ proceedings that have been exucuted by the new coach already i believe we wont be far from the mark.

My egg on the face comment was more directed at the comment made by LPP about 15 exposed positions. twas an uneducated rouge stab.
