Certain;y not questioning your state of mind MM, apologies if you thought this was the case. However, you keep having a go at Mallala on here (behind a computer screen!!) and I'm not sure that some of your comments are well-informed. Plus I personal messaged on here you ages ago about these alleged calls, to find out who is ringing you and you never replied hence I thought you were making it all up! If its actually happening then personal message me and let me know who it is, so we can put an end to it!.

ahh both of you stop your bitching. go settle it over a beer :drinkers:

Settled but unfortunately there was no beer involved :D

Tips for Round 1 2010:

Mallala v Two Wells - Mallala by 3 points Griffiths to kick 6

Virginia v H/W Eagles - Virginia by 31 points B. Nicholaus to kick 5

BYES
Balakava to watch hamley train in prep for next week
United to forward the first match payment installments to Burgoyne via PayPal and win their trial on Friday night, before heading to Virginia Sat to watch HWE in prep for next week.
Hamely Bridge to watch Balaklava train in readiness for next week

I heard the same thing Westy. A very reliable source from under the tower let the cat out of the back after a few brews next to the camp fire over the weekend, that Chappy has been offered a bit of cash to move across to United from Mallala MC, pretty poor form on United's part trying to lure local lads from neighbouring clubs with money. My guess is that this exactly why the Mallala has been reluctant to clear players to neighbouring clubs, as $200 to a 20 year old is very tempting and hard to knock back, and a figure that most clubs can't afford to compete with. Given the Tigers are willing to forkout $1200 per game for Burgoyne, $200 for a local lad is hardly surprising. Very disappointing MC   local clubs such as Mallala spend a lot of money on developing A grade footballers, but to have clubs such as United poaching them with coin is piss poor!!

I'm fairly certain that you were getting the piss taken out on you Donkey! Quite a few people read this and they probably knew that if they say something on the sly to you, you would open your fat mouth and blurt it on here. Obviously worked.

I thought you said a couple of weeks ago that clearances had nothing to do with you, yet you mention the reasons for denial above? :?

I'm not aware of us having a trial on Friday night either. Unless I havn't been told about it  . Maybe thats a hint that they don't want me playing.

Unfortunately he wasnt that that intelligent MC! Beer is an amazing thing!

Not sure what your reading, I stated "My guess is that this exactly why the Mallala has been reluctant to clear players to neighbouring clubs" as this would be a reasonable assumption if this is all true and your dead right when you say I have nothing to do with the process, my post doesnt suggest otherwise! I think its pretty reasonable denial of a clearance if in fact this is the case, you havent suggested otherwise which worrys me more!

Personally I just think its a pretty ordinary strategy to be offering such players money just to switch clubs, surely you can understand my concern, and given the tribunal clears players auto after 3 attempts this is even more of a worry for other less wealthy clubs

So is the rumour true MC? yes or no (maybe check with your publican before you answer :D )

Well, whoever it was I hope they aren't reading this since you called them not intelligent.

I agree, very ordinary and that DOES NOT happen at United. Guarantee it. I'm not sure that Mallala could be put in the category of less wealthy clubs either!

My publican plays footy for Balaklava so I'm not sure why I would check with him. :?

In answer to your question - Definately Not.
