RSMU leading the race for the flag it's just a matter of who they might play come Grand Final my prediction is the improving Min-Man if they can stay fit and healthy always improving. Medal winner from Josh Vater, Clinton Voight, Steve Rusca and Sam Heinjus

Any news around this competition? Riverton still the team to beat?

Around the mark you think? Darling and McCormick back to fitness this year. Caleb Lloyd a better chance for this year than last.

Caleb's problems aren't as much about physical fitness though, are they?

Absolute Gun, Great news for all the other NEFL teams. Awesome pickup for Renmark, one of the best country players kicking around. Unlucky not to have a few mail medals.
