Regardless of what ever happens in life, the punishment must fit the crime. The incident on Saturday was way over the top and was only worthy of a 50 metre penalty and at very worst a yellow card. The central umpire in charge didn't even see anything in it or didn't even see what happened, it was only when the 'goal umpire' came in and said he was reporting the Tasmans player that the central umpire decided to pull out the red card. Total shambles.

Gooder got up without any trainer assistance and jogged to the goal square for his kick. The rest has pretty well been described obove.
