Looks as though he has been in a good paddock though. Saw him out and about Saturday night and I hardly recognised him. I can tell you that I wouldn't think that his old trick of walking around the pub with no top on flexing the pecs would be something he would do nowadays.

Good numbers actually 30+. Had a 3.4km time trial. Lee almond won it with 13 58 I think
