How about we move on and discuss football and trials coming up...

Brahma are playing Glenunga and Glenunga this Sunday in our first hitout for the year. Im a little excited myself to get back out there and make up for last season. Also looking forward to a seeing what a few of the new lads to the club can do.

B grade are at 2:30 and A grade are at 4:30 if anyone is keen to come out for a look.

Like any trial game there will be some experimenting but of course we would like to get off to a winning start.

Any other trials on this weekend?

Thanks Cosi

If we could all move on from this subject that'd be great please, regardless of what these guys have been found guilty of, there's no need to harp on about it - and at the end of the day, they're not eligible to play in our league come season time.

Cheers

Training at the Lodge is getting physical these days, even blokes who have the ball are laying people out with head high bumps!!!

Will be good to have a hit out on Sunday, see how the new guys fit into the structure. Looking forward to watching Matty Aldridge play, hopefully he can get back into it quickly after having some time off. Bloke is training the house down!!!

 Havent you got some siren to be sounding in front of some old lady's house?

Good to see your priorities are right, playing soccer and Gaelic instead of a trial match on Sunday. C grade round 1 for you.

Keep telling yourself that...

On a football related topic I hear that Westies have poached another of our key position players, doing well at the recruiting thing...

If i was in charge at Westies i wouldn't have him.
Stick with the youth & the experience that'll help the youth in the right way, not the experience thats led the club the wrong way in the past.

woodrow played in trial and was probably along with t.creek there stand out players. some serious knee braces though, and apparently had a bit to say to the blodge boys formely from westies at the 3 quater time huddle...[/quote]

tyson creek and ricky woodrow are both fantastic footballers and if up and about and semi fit will go very very well.

i can not comment on any of there 'ALLEGED' acts as i've never personally seen either of them do anything. played against woodrow over the yorks and he was in super form back then.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........
