I havent seen them personally but I would think they will get better as the year goes on - they are a club that always seems to finish the season much better than the way they start it so I wouldnt take them lightly. Pultney surely will drop off the pace sooner than later and Mitcham will have ups and downs.
Pooraka a suprise packet along with Salisbury making up the more consistent clubs - Im putting it out there early but my tip is 2007 to be the year of the magpie.

Just on the North Haven v Portland Game.

I agree, Demps was BOG in my opinion.

On the scuffles and so on, i dont think anyone wins when shit like that happens. . True its not healthy seeing Grown men trying to belt teenagers, however the young Portland guys involved did not take a backward step and were dishing it out themselves, so they put themselves in the situation.
The shocking umpiring (in which both sides were disadvantaged) i believe was a major part in the scuffles starting. Very frustrating.

I think i drew the short straw in playin on the opposite wing to victoria rd... I received a lifetimes worth of abuse from the 'lively' north haven fans. . Not the most creative of verbal abuse, but it came thick and constant..!!!

watched the farmers and pooraka on the weekend. farmers were good early but had some goals kicked on them late in the 2nd 1/4. Pooraka looked good especially with howe kicking a bag. Pooraka will be around the mark but as for the farmers maybe a long season but they may cause a upset or 2 as they can kick lots of goals but have plenty kicked on them. Ive seen Mitcham play and they were super impressive.

fair apraisal bulldogs, disagree with mitcham, good side but dont expect them to go too deep into the finals, did manage 34 goals against rosewater, but that appears to be par for decent sides...

I agree with you Bulldog about Mitcham - they will be right around the mark, they have good depth through their club too. A few people on here might be under estimating them.

i watched mitchem play the farmers a few weeks ago scores were tight then mitcham went bezerk and piled on 10 goals in a row thru the 3rd and 4th 1/4s. They were fit tall and could run, i havent seen who they have played but they were good on this day.
