For something different, B grade 5 I think will be:

Plympton
Woodies
AL
HV
Lodge
SW
Blackfriars
Lockleys
West Croydon
Rosewater

Now that would be a mighty effort for Blacks to finish there!!

So moderators... Help me out. If Tyson creek is banned from the league. Why can he play trials? Not fair on the opposition or on him. If he's out then they shouldn't be dangling the carrot.

Mate, how the hell would we know? We just moderate this site, we're not league execs

However - what I do know is that if league umps were used, I am told a team sheet needed to be submitted and his name would have had to have been on the team sheet. So I'm told...

If league umps weren't used, then it doesn't matter if he plays as it's a trial game.

And to think last years comp in D5 was tight.....try and pick a winner this year. 2011 is going to be much like 2010, the 2 sides that get relegated are going to be unlucky....

who knows, one of the relegated sides might stay up again

Plympton were very good in the final, and really had their chances to pinch it, but Mt Barker steadied in the last few minutes, particularly through Adam Fisher. James Vanderhaak was excellent for the Bulldogs, kicking three goals, and they generated plenty of run from defence. Their marking was very good - plenty of one grabs at vital times through the middle. No mean feat with so many crickets swarming the ground too - a perfect night for footy, though.

Mt Barker 6-4, Plympton 6-3.
