nope, only coached for one year to get us out of a spot of bother last year.

I think there is still a dent in the visitors coaches box where he punched it last year in a close one

Played alot of cricket against steve dating back 18 yrs ago in a grand final. I was opening the bat and was lucky enough to get 80 but he was quick. last played against him a couple of yrs ago and he could still send them down. tough opponent but great bloke who always came in for a beer

Who was this Recruit for North Haven?

Also with Rosewater winning, Daniel Karpany left Paralowie after 2 games and went to Rosewater and got 2nd BOG in his 1st game. Can anyone from Rosewater tell me how many times he opted to try and break tackles instead of giving off to better position team mate?

Mate I'm tipping your from North Haven, since you seem to know a fair bit and your from Largs, any news on who this high profile recruit is?

I'd like to know how many players Rosewater gained during the week and how much money they spent in doing it? If people try to tell me that guys who have never played for Rosewater are going out there for nothing, just for the love of the club, when they've been getting beaten by 30 goals every week, sorry, I won't believe it.

I heard this Saturday night, and it is second hand info, but i was told Rosewater signed about 6 guys during the week. Apparently all or most of them work in the bush, Moomba or somewhere, so they wont be available every week. Like i said, not sure how reliable this information is, but sounds plausible. I agree Pag, they would have to be chucking money at them. You cant blame them though, you wouldnt expect them to just lie down. They are a proud club with a long history, probably the oldest club in the area, that hasnt merged.

Moomba had a bye on the weekend, most of their guys came to adelaide and played for mates clubs... ie Rosewater and others.

And I doubt any of them were registered either.

And no they didn't play for my club before anyone asks.

id say it could go either way fisty, i played some junior footy with karpany and like the number three would like to know his tackle attempts compared with how many hand balls he did not give, but there is no way people are jumping on board for the love of the club, would be bad business. also could the jets be finished?

very true felch they are a proud club, but it doesnt matter wether you finish bottum or second bottum you get marching orders, will be interesting to see what happens when the money runs out though. also must be proud of your boys sitting top, a far cry from last year

Is that the same Daniel/Danny Karpany that was cleared to Birdwood at the start of the season and couldn't get an A grade so got cleared to Paralowie?

I was told he asked Birdwood for more money but said that he didn't want to train - Birdwood just laughed and signed a clearance.

Why did he leave Paralowie?

Yes Micky, i am pretty happy at the moment. The main reason is we only won 5 games last year, we have won 6 this year. Our first goal for this season was improvement. No matter what happens from here, we have achieved that.
