HFL weren't trying to de-register Sedan, they were trying to move them to a different & more suitable division so as to not F*** around the program for 8 other clubs. Big difference.

Facts are. There is room for three teams in D7. THREE. We have one ready to go. And were saying no, because of rules, those rules which were originally designed to maintain the integrity of the competition. Those rules are now stopping the improvement to the integrity of the competition

Makes. No. Sense.

You wanted yet another fixture change midway through March?

No I'm sure he didn't Q but he's just going in to bat for a club trying to survive.

We can't change things so let's just get on with playing Saturday, which I'm sure we are pumped about.

FOOTY'S BACK :)

Don't agree cracka. HFL action would have impacted S/C's b-grade side the same as wingfield

I wanted the fixture done in November, this situation should never have occurred in the first place.

Wingfield not in Southern league at all. They now lose the group they had as most are heading to Nth Pines I believe. Have to play some where I guess.
Are Nth Pines still around?

So now we have an A Grade side that made the finals last year, playing B's, with an influx of players.

What could possibly go wrong?

Dont give yourself a headache over it morell.

But i will ask the question wouldnt that give North Pines enough to field 2 teams and play in the a grade

Sure, but if North Pines are anywhere near the same strength as last year they will dominate that competition. Adding depth isn't exactly going to bring them back to the rest of the teams...

Looking forward to hosting Adelaide Uni on the weekend. Always good blokes and I reckon we should all get around them for staying in D7.

Instead of D6 ;)

They look to have a very similar side to the one they were putting on the park most weeks last year.

Hooray - footy's back! Looking forward to tomorrow, I've never had anything to do with the SAAFL before so I've got no idea what sort of a team Adel Uni are and what to expect, but I'm pumped. Our five-year-old is very excited, he's just starting to take an interest in footy, and he's been going around telling all his little mates that he's going to watch his dad play on the weekend. Love it. :-)
