I've watched all the trial games and can say no line up was the same and there were names missing in all the trials. The day it was played on is irrelevant, once the season kicks into gear the players will be there. I'm sure this is the same for a lot of clubs.
How many teams that have played trials played their side they will go into round 1 with?
I wouldn't read to much into trial game results.
I can assure you Barry that we are under no illusion of what to expect in round 1. It's going to be a tough game and for the record, we have never beaten Mawson Lakes, home or away, except in a trial, but you can't read much in to trials.
