Umm pretty sure Fitzroy was all the rage before the season began

It was pretty well documented that Fitzroy had lost as much as they had gained in the off season. And the sheer number of clearances in was bolstered by the Super C grade side they have this year..

Anyone who didn't think Pulteney would be right up there this year was kidding themselves. The reports from players who have played both sides are that they rated Pulteney ahead of Elizabeth as well

Super C grade sitting 8th win only one win. Maybe some of these guns should play A's

Well that's gonna hurt them bad!

Am I the only one who thinks Callum Hay gets the rough end of the pineapple a bit with results like that?

If something is truly intentional/severe/high that should be enough to do them for 12 and out of the Adelaide Footy League in my view.

Schweinberg didn't push an umpire. It's the pushing of the umpire that pushed Hay over the mark.

I'm assuming Schweinberg was suspended for the hit on Benny Taylor? Sounds like it was pretty ordinary.

I understand the distinction involved. I just thought we'd moved as a League to a point where if people are intentionally hitting each other in the head with severe impact we no longer want them in our league?

In any event that's my pretty firm view.

Sam Haniford was the only player from their C grade that could play A grade in my opinion and he'd have to be getting on a bit now. Sill a classy footballer and could probably slot into their A's. From what I was told on the weekend, the rest of the guys in the team are his brothers or cousins and his good mates that are all having a season together

Haniford would carry points as well, and Fitzroy played with max points on Saturday.. With a handful still to return of which im assuming at least one of them would have points attached (purely speculating), they are at bursting point as is I would say..

Haniford would be one of the best players in Div 6. Been in Nuriootpa top three in the best and fairest for previous two years running from CHF and HB. He also played league footy in the past. Hands down the best points player ahead of any of Fitzroy's points players. He would be 28/29 years old.

Hands down the highest quality player in our game last weekend, just lacked support.

With decent players around him, could absolutely tear D6 to shreds, but by the sounds of things he just wants a kick in the C grade with his mates,

Is GraeGrunt a definite in today? I'm not packing the wife and kids into the car and driving all the way to Rowe Park only to be disappointed. The kids were up early this morning making a banner GG#47. What was worse was them practicing their war cries..
."GraeGrant that's our chant"
"GraeGrant don't say can't"
"GraeGrant drinks like a fish"
"GraeGrant takes the piss""
GraeGrant clap clap clap, GraeGrant clap, clap clap, GraeGrant clap clap clap 8)

This maybe interesting or full of pessimistic garbage.
