Lets clear something up - we didnt train Tuesday night for two reasons - weather was crap and there were only about a dozen people who were ready to go at 6pm. Out of those only 2 were A graders. We have alot of guys carrying injuries and sore spots at the moment, have been for a few weeks. It has been pretty usual for at least half of the A grade not to train on Tuesday's. No doubt the weather contributed to more people not training, but with poor numbers of players on the track, it was decided to call it off.

whats your stance on the lack of players training on a tuesday felch?

Shite, Felch are you sure you were at the right club because that sounds like us. But I bet there is one major difference though you will have a full squad and ours will be exactly the same :( How are we supposed to win games of footy when this happens

Injury list large at the moment boys, we just need to ride out the storm, and we will be ok. If we need to nurse blokes during the week, so be it.

I dont think people should be forced to train when it is wet, all it will do is make players sick. Team meetings should be called on nights like that, but I suppose with only 2 A grade players at training a team meeting isnt really worth it either.

Have to admit Superboot, the bye will be handy !

There were more than 2 A graders at the club Tuesday, almost the whole team infact. There was only 2-3 able to train though. Probably would have ended up with half a dozen out there if we had of continued.

Something our club is lacking seriously and it needs to be addressed. there is a committed group of about 8 or 9 plus myself who doesn't play in the A's but I can't make it Tuesday's due to uni commitments plus I have been injured the past two weeks.

Which club are you from tommy because that is a poor attitude to have. If it rains on a Saturday do you stay home because you might get sick?

ahahaha nice come back, I am from the country so I cant comment on Unley or any other soft cock teams. I dont think I need to toughen up, I am pretty tough (just ask me).

Most people that need to train in the wet are average footballers that cant adapt to all conditions & need to practice how to catch the ball when it is wet. The big L is for you my friend (if you dont know what the big L is, it stands for LOSER)

Sounds like you are one of those guys that teams mates love to hate
