Rosewater v Hope Valley - Rosewater would have gained some real confidence last week and are very hard to beat at home. After all the talk on here about the demons pre season, they wont want to be 0-3 going in to the easter break. Sorry demons but the home ground advatage just sways my decision. 12 - 24.
West Croydon v Plympton - Plympton will be looking to atone for last week. With the wide expanses of hanson road, i would expect this young side to run and spread and have to much fire power. West Croydon continue to shock sides and show that the deserve to be in this division. This will be the real test. Playing against serial divison 5 finalist. 24 - 36.
North Haven v Brahma Lodge - Tipping this one with my heart and not my head. Brahma will again be forced to make 4 or 5 changes to last weeks side. Some players will get the snip this week, while others have been struck down by our early season injury curse. North haven play there ground very well and will be fired up from the first bounce to atone for last week. I can see this game being a low scoring encounter and the first team past 60 points will be the winner. 1 -12.
Adelaide Lutheran v Woodville South - Played both sides and was impressed by both sides midfield brigade. For me Woody south just have a bit more quality in attack and that will be the difference. Michael Mcneil may find himself leading the goal kicking alone after this round.

It's all very well to make a claim - but be able to back it up or explain yourself.

Would love to hear that two club umpires had a Ramsgate incident !!!
I nearly had a scrap with an opposing umpire a few years ago, he kept calling frees 100m away when I was right there, he called me a feral, once I called a free in his area he went nuts at me. We were toe to toe at half time, I had to walk away.

Duggy is playing some good footy atm, recently appointed co-captain this season which is a great accolade for him. Tommy is settling in nicely after re-joining the club during last season.

A young inexperienced A grade group at North Haven will be up and down all year.
Good win in perfect conditions against a team no where near there best and definitely not mentally prepared in Round One.
A loss to a bigger, harder out fit in blustery scrappy conditions in Round Two.
5-7 players under the age of 20 in the starting A grade team.
No recognised Ruckman for another 3 to 4 weeks.
Older players past there prime and probably not willing to pick up the slack when the young lads are off their game.
Does that justify my opinion on this public forum. If you don't like my opinion then please ignore it and continue reading.
